With the main Big Three breaking up in Miami, there is now a chance for the rest of the league to take the title of being the best Big Three. It is a common goal for NBA GMs to seek a Big Three so they can feel as if their team can compete for a title. These 10 teams have the best Big Threes in the league.

While the Portland Trailblazers overpaid to keep Nicolas Batum on the team, he is still a key cog in what they are doing. Along with LaMarcus Aldridge and Damian Lillard, they start the countdown off. Can they continue to play as well as they did last season?

John Wall and Bradley Beal look like they can become one of the most formidable duos in the league. With the addition of Paul Pierce this offseason, they are a serious contender in the Eastern Conference. The same goes here as it did for the Blazers; it needs to repeat this year to rise on this list.

8. Dallas Mavericks

Dirk Nowitzki has been the main star on the Dallas Mavericks since Steve Nash left for Phoenix. Now, he has some serious help for the first time since winning the NBA title. With Monta Ellis, Tyson Chandler and Chandler Parsons, this could be considered a very good big four.

7. Houston Rockets

The Houston Rockets' Big Three is more like a huge two (Dwight Howard and James Harden) with a decently sized three. While the rumors are swirling that the team looks to recruit Kevin Durant to make a true Big Three, for now they will have to settle for Trevor Ariza.

6. Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors were very close to trading away part of their Big Three to bring in Kevin Love from the Minnesota Timberwolves. Many fans weren't willing to part with Klay Thompson, and the Warriors felt the same way. Now he is going to be paired with Stephen Curry for the foreseeable future. Some have David Lee as the third, while others have Andre Iguodala. Either way, they are the sixth best in the league.

Obviously, this ranking has everything to do with which Derrick Rose we see this season. If he can stay healthy all season, this team could move up the rankings. If not, then they may fall off the list. The addition of Pau Gasol may be a good marriage for both sides.

This may seem like too low to put the NBA Champs, but when the entire team plays less than 30 minutes per game, it is hard to make their Big Three higher on the list. Tim Duncan and Tony Parker have been part of this Big Three for most of the time. Kawhi Leonard is the new member, replacing Manu Ginobili, who just isn't a star anymore. They may be getting older, but they can still go toe-to-toe with anyone.

Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and Serge Ibaka could be the best Big Three in many different eras. The current NBA product sees more talent than has been seen possibly ever. While these three have not turned their elite skill into a championship, they are right on the cusp. It seems they just need the ball to bounce their way to become a championship trio.

2. Los Angeles Clippers

The Los Angeles Clippers are looking to move forward into their future with Steve Ballmer. They could have had a real shot at winning the NBA title with another owner last season. Now, they can put the Donald Sterling era in the past and look towards their future. With Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan to build around, they can hit the reset button on their quest for the franchise's first championship.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have the best player in the world; they have one of the most under appreciated stars (until now) in Kevin Love. They also have a point guard who hasn't been tested yet. These three are the best in the NBA, and it isn't very close. LeBron James in any Big Three makes them the best in the league.
