After another disappointing season that saw the Sacramento Kings miss the playoffs for the ninth straight year, the franchise is looking to bounce back in a major way through the 2015 NBA Draft. With so much uncertainty on the roster going forward, it’s anyone’s guess as to who the Kings select with the No. 6 overall pick. Here are five perfect first-round fits for the Kings out of the 2015 NBA Draft.

5. Justise Winslow

Wing depth is an absolute priority this summer for the Kings, and Justise Winslow would fill that need on multiple levels. Winslow is the best defensive small forward in the draft, averaging over 1.8 steals and 1.2 blocks per game this past season. Offensively, Winslow doesn’t score in bunches, but he has become a much more efficient scorer over the years.

4. Devin Booker

Efficient shooting was a major weakness of the Kings' backcourt this past season, and if the organization is looking for a pure volume scorer, Devin Booker is their best bet. Booker shot over 43 percent both from the field and from beyond the arc this past season at Kentucky. At 6-foot-6, Booker has the ability to shoot over many opposing guards, which could come in handy as the second guard off the bench for the Kings.

3. Trey Lyles

Outside of Rudy Gay, the Kings do not have another stretch four on the roster they can use to space the floor. Trey Lyles would be an ideal candidate for this position, considering his length and shooting efficiency from the field. Lyles also has the speed to beat opposing forwards off the dribble smoothly from the perimeter, which is something the Kinds sorely lacked from their secondary frontcourt rotation.

2. Mario Hezonja

Other than Justise Winslow, the next best small forward in the draft is Mario Hezonja. With there being major depth issues at that position for the Kings, Hezonja would be an ideal starter immediately. an impressive blend of athleticism and shooting would make Hezonja a perfect running mate alongside Rudy Gay in the frontcourt.

1. Kristaps Porzingis

This is the player most NBA draft analysts have pegged the Kings to select with the No. 6 overall pick. Kristaps Porzingis’ size, length and athleticism make him such an intriguing prospect, especially considering how well he runs the floor as a center. Porzingis has the ability to become a top stretch forward/center in the NBA based on his high efficiency in pick-and-pop situations.

Sure, the Utah Jazz ultimately went on to defeat the Sacramento Kings by a score of 108-99, but that doesn't mean we can't laugh at Gordon Hayward for getting crossed over by DeMarcus Cousins. Wing players simply can't let big men make them look athletically inferior, which is undoubtedly what happened on this play. Hayward didn't have a clue.
