Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors played an impressive NBA Finals series against the Cleveland Cavaliers and were able to come away with a title. It was the final step in a puzzle that the franchise had been working on for the past few seasons. What five reasons can be given to support the idea that the Warriors will repeat as champions in the 2015-16 season?

Coaching is one of the most underrated aspects of the game of basketball, and it was instrumental in the Warriors winning the title this past season. Steve Kerr was hired last offseason, and he proved that he knew how to handle players as well as motivate and get the most out of them. He is one of the best coaches in the game and will take that into next season for Golden State.

In addition to the star power that the Warriors have in Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry, they have two other areas of their roster. Obviously there is the veteran leadership that comes with Andre Iguodala, David Lee and Andrew Bogut, but there is also the young talent that will take a major step forward in 2015-16. Harrison Barnes and Draymond Green in particular haven't reached their full potential, and they will improve next season.

Bob Meyers has made a name for himself as one of the best general managers in the NBA, and he constructed an impressive all-around team this past season. Looking ahead to next year, there are quite a few moves that he could make to improve them even more. Whenever an organization has a guy like Meyers leading the way, they are destined for success.

2. Perfect Mix of Youth and Veterans

Andre Iguodala ended up winning the 2015 NBA Finals MVP award, and he was a very surprising player for the Warriors throughout the series. He showed that having veteran leadership is extremely important, and the Warriors have done an impressive job of mixing their talented youth with veterans. That is the recipe for a winning team, and they have that once again heading into next season.

There is no duo more dangerous than Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. They are two of the best scorers in the NBA, and of course Curry is the league's reigning MVP. Looking ahead to the 2015-16 season, they will be the driving force for the Warriors. There is no question that they will be able to power their team back to the postseason and give them a chance to win another championship.

Warriors Tell Festus Ezeli He's Been Cut In Epic Prank

Golden State Warriors forward Andre Iguodala teamed up with the popular ride service 'Lyft' to prank Festus Ezeli recently, and it was nothing short of hilarious. During his ride, Ezeli hears news over the radio that he's been released from the team and isn't quite sure what to make of it. Eventually, the car pulls over, and Iguodala informs Ezeli that he's been pranked. Iguodala almost takes a cake to the face from Ezeli as a result.

Thompson Turns It Over After Celebrating Curry's Shot Too Early

Klay Thompson has played with Stephen Curry for long enough to know that he's a stone cold assassin from downtown. On Friday night against the Dallas Mavericks, Curry began to take a three that Thompson was sure he would make, so he celebrated prematurely. Unfortunately for Thompson, his fellow 'Splash Brother' never shot the ball, and instead passed it his way. Thompson seemed to recover from the error initially, but the possession ultimately ended in a turnover.
