West Virginia’s Elijah Macon Gets Absolutely Drilled In The Face With Pass At Close Range

West Virginia outlasted Bucknell in their NCAA Tournament showdown on Thursday, defeating the Bison by the score of 86-80.

But the Mountaineers did experience some pain along the way, as forward Elijah Macon got absolutely drilled in the facebone with a close range pass in the first half.
