Last week, not only did the Jacksonville Jaguars lost to the Oakland Raiders in overtime last week 26-23, but the Jaguars also lost star halfback  Maurice Jones-Drew with a severe foot injury and Blaine Gabbert with an torn labrum in his non-throwing shoulder.

Most people figured it’d be a while before we saw Blaine since that is an extremely painful injury to say the least. Also regardless if it’s his throwing arm or not it will affect his throwing motion due to his balance being uneven by way of over compensating for the injury.

The Green Bay Packers have already said they are not going to have sympathy to say the injured Jaguars team. Head coach Mike McCarthy said: “We line up with 46, and we have 46” and “Every team deals with this at some point. I’m very confident in our plan, I’m very confident in our players. I’m excited about the opportunities some of our players that haven’t had them in the past weeks are going to get on Sunday. Then it’s all about winning. It’s all about winning and beating Jacksonville.”

All and all, it should be interesting today especially this one o’clock game between Jacksonville and Green Bay, but my prediction is that it won’t be pretty, something like a 35-3 or worse score, especially since it’s in Lambeau Field.

Once again thanks for reading one of my articles, and I heavily encourage discussion leave a comment on here or hit me up on twitter @TheProfessorSD if you want to talk about this or anything football related! Have a great day!
