5. Paul Poslusky

Paul Poslusky is one of the most underrated linebackers in the NFL today. One reason is the extremely talented pool of inside linebackers in the game, and the other is that he has played for the Jaguars and the Buffalo Bills. Those teams have a culture of losing. He can do very well for a team and should be very useful for a team looking for a defensive edge.

4. Brad Meester

Most people won't recognize this name. That is because only a select few offensive linemen have recognizable names in the NFL. One of those players could be Eugene Monroe, whom the Jaguars traded to the Baltimore Ravens earlier this season. Brad Meester could be a good interior lineman on a number of teams. They won't get a ton for him, but they will get nothing for him when he leaves for free agency after the season.

3. Maurice Jones-Drew

Here comes the man in all the rumors. Maurice Jones-Drew has given everything for this franchise. The franchise hasn't given much back. It is time for that to change. He deserves to be on a good team as the feature back. There are plenty of teams that are severely hurting at the running back position. He could be one team's final piece. He just doesn't seem like he wants to give his all to a team that may not be doing the same. The Jaguars should let him go to a contending team.

2. Jason Babin

Jason Babin is not everyone's favorite player. He seems to have a bigger mouth than game. That being said, he still has something to give a team. He can rush off the edge with the best of them. Less than two years ago, he had 18 sacks in a season. He will be a hot commodity to buy low on.

1. Chad Henne

Jags
Bob Martin-USA TODAY Sports

With so many quarterback injuries in the league and the fact that the quarterback of the future is not on this roster, the Jags could get something decent for Chad Henne. Here is a list of some quarterbacks who got some play in Week 8: Jason Campbell, Thad Lewis, Mike Glennon, Matt Barkley, Christian Ponder, Matt Simms and Colt McCoy. That doesn't even count Kellen Clemens, who is starting on Monday night for the St Louis Rams. Henne could be better than all of them.
