Indianapolis Colts Show They Can Still Hang With The Best In Statement Win

The Indianapolis Colts have once again proven that they can beat the best of the best.

On the road against the Kansas City Chiefs, the Colts played both sides of the football very well as they won a tough road game. This game was just another test in which the Colts have passed on the road to the playoffs. The team has had an up-and-down season, but showed that they can still hang with the best that the AFC has to offer when they get their game going and have it going well.

They started off rocky by allowing the Chiefs to take an early 7-0 lead, but they stood their ground and stuck to the game plan.

It could be said that the Chiefs’ miscues is what led to the Colts’ victory. However, it takes a good team to take advantage of the other team’s mistakes, and the Colts did just that. The Chiefs committed four turnovers. Turning the ball over that many times will almost certainly not win any games for a team. The mistakes allowed the Colts to score the last 23 points of the game after the Chiefs took the early lead.

The Colts could be a dangerous team if they have their game going. With statement wins this season against the Denver Broncos, Seattle Seahawks, San Francisco 49ers and now the Chiefs, the Colts are going to be a force this postseason when the new year turns and January begins.
