It’s do or die time for the Chicago Bears. After losing six of their first nine games, the Bears have virtually no room for error. Every player obviously has to do their part in order for Chicago to get back in the mix of things within the division, and facing the Minnesota Vikings just might be the thing to help the Bears break their losing streak. Here are five key players for Bears fans to keep an eye on in Week 11.

Brandon Marshall is obviously one of the very few players still playing with some urgency during this disastrous time. Marshall did leave last week’s game with an ankle injury and has been held out of practice so far this week. According to the Pro Bowl receiver, he will be on the field this Sunday. We’ll see if this setback slows him down.

4. Ryan Mundy

Kyle Rudolph, one of the league’s better pass-catching tight ends, is scheduled to play in his first game since Week 3. Ryan Mundy has had difficulty defending tight ends all season. His coverage in the passing game will be vital to slowing down Minnesota’s offense.

Minnesota has surrendered the third-most sacks throughout the first 10 weeks of the season, and Vikings left tackle Matt Kalil has given up a league-high 12 sacks. Jared Allen is primed for a breakout game, and he can finally show what Bears fans have been waiting for all season long.

Vikings defensive end Everson Griffen is fifth in the NFL in sacks with 9.0. Jermon Bushrod will be lined up against Griffen, and he will be given the difficult task of keeping this sack machine away from his quarterback’s blindside.

In Chicago’s three victories this season, Jay Cutler has thrown zero interceptions and lost only one fumble. In their six defeats, Cutler has given the ball away a total of 14 times. Cutler’s ability to play smart and manage the game will be the key to the Bears ending their three-game losing streak.
