The NFL season has entered its second half and teams are jockeying for playoff positioning. If they want to make the playoffs at all, these five teams are faced with must-win games this weekend. How they fare could drastically change the playoff picture over the rest of the season.

vs. Bengals

The Saints are somehow in first place in the NFC South despite their losing record. If they really want to prove they're a legitimate contender, they have to stomp the struggling Bengals. Even if it doesn't cost them the division, a loss would be embarrassing at this point.

vs. Eagles

In a possible playoff preview, the Packers have to show they're once again elite. They get the game at home, and believe it or not, at this point, the Packers wouldn't make the playoffs. They climb right back into that picture with a win over Philly.

vs. Texans

The Browns have been the surprise of the NFL season in 2014, but they lead the last place team in their division by just half a game. That means they have no room for error, and they need to keep rolling at home against Houston this Sunday.

2. San Francisco 49ers (5-4)

at Giants

In a very competitive NFC this season, the disappointing 49ers have to keep winning just to keep pace. They're in third place in their own division, but after a dramatic road overtime win over the Saints last Sunday, San Francisco feels like they have a good shot at reaching postseason play.

at Titans

After back-to-back six touchdown performances from Ben Roethlisberger, everyone was ready to call the Steelers elite. However, after disappointment against the Jets last weekend, they find themselves on the outside of the playoff picture. They absolutely have to beat the 2-7 Titans in order to stay in the race.
