Who’s ready to see some football in the Los Angeles area again? Although that question really doesn’t appeal to states that already have a stadium, it certainly is a question that the people from California would love to answer.
Regardless, with this approval, a stadium being built in L.A. is as real of a possibility as it has ever been during this whole process.
Although sharing a stadium with another NFL franchise may not seem all that appealing, this is the perfect opportunity for the San Diego Charges and Oakland Raiders to finally get a new stadium. Not to mention, this stadium would open up a huge market for both teams, being in L.A. and all.
Whether the case, this approval is a big win for the Chargers, Raiders and the NFL as a whole. You know, since both teams would get their stadium and the NFL has been wanting to get a football team in L.A. for quite some time now.
There is still a lot of work that needs to be done, but this is a big step.
