The Atlanta Falcons travel to face the Miami Dolphins Saturday night in what will be used as a dress rehearsal for the regular season. Ryan Tannehill and the offense of the Dolphins will challenge the Falcons' revamped defense under new head coach Dan Quinn. When the Falcons have the ball it is strength on strength, as Matt Ryan will test Ndamukong Suh and Miami’s stout defense. Here are five predictions for when the Dolphins and Falcons meet.

The premier battle Saturday is between Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones and Dolphins cornerback Brent Grimes. Jones is a huge, athletic target entering his prime, while Grimes is an undersized corner who wins with savvy, toughness and technique. Jones will make his share of big plays on Grimes Saturday night, but Grimes will make life tough on Jones and come down with an interception.

Dan Quinn will use this game to run more stunts and blitzes with his fronts. That will pose a huge problem for the struggling offensive line of the Dolphins. During their first two preseason games Miami’s line has been leaky, but the Dolphins have relied on Tannehill getting the ball out quickly to offset the rush. The Falcons, led by Tyson Jackson and Ra’Shede Hageman, will dominate the middle and get to Tannehill three times in the first half.

It’s time for the Dolphins to place more trust in Lamar Miller and let him become a feature back. Miller averaged 5.1 yards per carry last season and caught 38 passes for 275 yards. Miller, who had nine touchdowns in 2014, will prove he is ready to carry the load this season by rushing for nearly 70 yards and a touchdown against the Falcons Saturday night. He will also show his versatility by hauling in five receptions for another 40 yards.

The Falcons know they hit on a sleeper pick during the 2015 NFL Draft with their selection of East Carolina wide receiver Justin Hardy. With Roddy White fighting nagging injuries and uncertainty about who can become Atlanta’s slot receiver, Hardy has quickly gained the trust of Ryan this preseason by catching seven passes for 94 yards. Hardy will continue to impress with a seven-catch, one-touchdown effort against Miami.

1. Ndamukong Suh Sacks Matt Ryan

Ndamukong Suh was one of the prize signings of free agency and will make an immediate impact on a Dolphins team that struggled to stuff the run in 2014. What makes Suh so special is his ability to stop the run and get after the passer. Suh has averaged over seven sacks during his five seasons and will eclipse that mark in 2015. The former Detroit Lions star will make an impact Saturday night by busting through for a first-quarter sack of Ryan.
