Jonathan Quick is one of the best goalies in the world, but his understudy is no scrub either. Jones came on strong in Quick’s absence last season and will be a capable backup this season. Having Jones spot Quick during the regular season will keep the former Conn Smythe winner fresh for when the games really matter after game no. 82.

He may be the most exciting and vibrant personality out there, but he knows what he’s doing behind the bench. Having him playing at this level is a nightmare for opposing players.
