Apple Valley point guard Tyus Jones will apparently be playing some high school ball at the Under Armour Elite 24, and that will be exciting to for those in attendance. It will be airing on ESPNU, so if I can
pirate illegally come by a subscription to ESPNU tomorrow then I’ll post an update.

In any case Jones has had quite a productive summer. He recently tweeted his official visit dates and he will be making three of those with friend Jahlil Okafor. They have said publicly that they are going to be a package recruiting deal, but that will not be official until they are both signed on the dotted line.
Jones led the EYBL circuit this summer in points, assists, and steals so we will just have to see what he has in store for us next season. He topped off last season with a state title, so will just have to see if he can repeat in that regard. Under Armour will also not be the last All Star game that Jones attends; he could even be up for many of the national player of the year awards next season and you can bet we will keep a pulse on that here. In the meantime, will keep an eye or an ear on how Jones plays tomorrow.
