Coming off an impressive win in the UEFA Champions League against Schalke 04, Chelsea will look to rebound from last week’s loss in the Premier League when they host West Bromwich Albion at Stamford Bridge.

The squad led by Jose Mourinho seems to be playing better as the season advances, and they are the clear favorites to come away with the win on Saturday. However, they can’t get complacent against an Albion side that already stunned Manchester United at Old Trafford earlier this year.

The Blues have several stars on their team but none is bigger than midfielder Frank Lampard. The English international is one of the symbols that remain in the squad and while his playing time has decreased this year, he’s still a key player when on the pitch. Look for Lampard to have a strong impact if he sees action tomorrow.

West Bromwich, on the other hand, are a team that relies more on the collective strength rather than individuals. One player that can be decisive is defender Diego Lugano. The former PSG skipper has plenty of experience under his belt and if the team wants to stay in the game until the final minutes, Lugano’s performance will be key.

Prediction: Chelsea 3-0 West Bromwich

West Bromwich will probably park the bus in front of their goal, but Chelsea will find a win to come out on top sooner rather than later. Their individual quality will end up being the decisive factor at Stamford Bridge.
