Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona, AC Milan, Flamengo and Atletico Mineiro are his most recent clubs, and you best believe that his expertise of the game brought them all a different amount of success. Whether it be his goals, assists or vision, he had what it took to lead his teams to victory, and he still has a lot left to offer.

4. Skill

Skill is something that most teams use once in a while to rely on. This is a guy that brings skill to each and every game he plays. Whether it be one defender or three, he shows absolutely no fear when he attempts a trick to make a fool of an opponent. If it works (it mostly always does) he opens up space for himself as well as others which makes it that much easier to score.

No matter where he plays, both home and away fans alike love him. His smile, skills and overall abilities are exactly why they adore him. Even if the team he is playing for is not much fun to watch, the fans will watch as long as he is on the field.

Besiktas has some of the most passionate fans in Turkey. His game improves with the cheering of the people, and since they never stop his form should never drop.

His undying love for the game is still running strong at 33. Maybe his speed and skill have declined just a smidge, but the undeniable pleasure he has with the ball at his feet is and always will still be there. As long as he keeps playing with a smile on his face he should be able to contribute in the very best way possible.

This is a quality that most players do not have on their tool belt. Well, luckily for the teams he has played for he is not one of those unfortunate ones. In fact, his ability to see the field from all spots and angles has won him and his clubs many games and titles. As a veteran, his vision has reached new heights.

This is something that Besiktas desperately needs at the moment. He will be able to fill in this missing element with ease.
