Have you heard of the Iowa Energy of the NBA D-League? Good, neither have we. Well they gained some publicity (albeit bad publicity) on Tuesday night when two of their players, Jarnell Stokes and Kalin Lucas, got into a fight during a timeout. The two came to blows, and caused a scene on the sideline before eventually getting ejected. For fighting with each other. They’re teammates. How stupid.

NBA JAM was the greatest game for any kid that grew up in the 90s, and the fact we still say NBA players are “on fire” when they are shooting well is a testament to the game’s influence on our culture.
