Here are my picks for each game this week as well as a few sentences explaining each decision. Let’s get to it: Vikings @ Saints: I’m going against the grain on this one and giving the Vikings a victory. Don’t think for a second that Brett Favre didn’t realize who his first opponent was going to be when, for what seems like the millionth time, he was weighing his options of returning or retiring. Vikings pull off the upset 27-24. Panthers @ Giants: I really like this Panthers team. I mean, I really like this Panthers team. I think DeAngelo Williams is the most underrated back in the league and the defense is one of the five most defenses exciting in the NFL.
