Born in Austin, Texas, I have lived in the "lone star" state all my life. I remember from an early age watching a wide variety of sports with my Dad and have had a deep love and respect for all sports ever since. As I have grown up and advanced in my college career, I have found a love for sports journalism. I began my journalism designing and writing for my own website. I then entered the Bleacher Report team and graduated from their Sports Writing Internship Program, before being hired by Rant Sports. I am set to graduate Texas A&M University in 2013 and enter law school in the following fall. I was born and trained to be a fervent Florida Gator fan, but you can't be a bigger fan of a school that is not home. So I am 51% Aggie, 49% Gator. It is only fair that the Aggies first SEC game will be at Kyle Field, hosting the Florida Gators.
