As much as this pains me, I have to put Tim Tebow on this list. Sure, the defense and running game have carried the Broncos lately, but something about Tebow has given them more fire.
The Broncos were lifeless with Kyle Orton at QB. Tebow is a worse quarterback, but something about him causes players to step up their game. His stats aren't that good, but they don't need to be. Right now, if the Broncos are close in the 4th quarter, Tebow is going to find a way to win. It's inexplicable, but it keeps happening.
Tebow is a leader and there's no other way to put it. He has Denver on a roll right now and they are threat to make the playoffs. We wouldn't be saying that if Orton was still under center.
