Not too long ago, we conducted a list of 10 possible replacements for Faith Hill on NBC’s Sunday Night Football. Now, rumors are beginning to swirl up about the popular network finding a possible replacement that could be announced as soon as Tuesday–country superstar Carrie Underwood.
There’s no official word yet, but all signs point to NBC making an announcement on Tuesday and if Underwood’s Twitter account is any indication of what to expect–there’s a good chance she’s the chosen one.

If this does end up being true, this would be a great replacement for Hill considering Underwood is one of the most attractive women in the business and has one of the most incredible voice you will ever here. Plus, Underwood happens to be a big football fan herself–so this would be a win on both parties.
As for the prospective of a football fan, it’s safe to say they’re not going to be disappointed with watching Underwood at the beginning of Sunday Night Football each week. The only question–will Underwood create a song of her own or will NBC let her use the same one that Hill would sing each week?
Either way, let’s just hope these rumors about Underwood being Hill’s replacement end up coming true as there really is no better candidate.
