Fantasy Football IDP Waiver Wire: LB Zach Brown

Jason Bridge-USA TODAY Sports

It has been a while since the Tennessee Titans have had a reliable fantasy football IDP option. Most likely the best IDP option in recent memory was three-time Pro Bowler, Keith Bulluck. However, this season has seen the emergence of a new fantasy football stud in the Music City.

LB Zach Brown was a second round pick in last year’s NFL draft and he has been a natural fit in Tennessee. Brown recorded 93 tackles, 5.5 sacks and an impressive two interceptions in his rookie campaign. He was all over the field in his first year and earned his spot in deeper fantasy IDP formats.

Brown has been even better this season, though. He has shockingly led the team in tackles in both games and has already amassed 20 tackles through the first two weeks. He has also sacked the quarterback twice through the first two games of the season and has been the team’s primary pass rusher.

Brown should easily rack up over 100 tackles this season and the linebacker has a shot to rack up over eight sacks as well. He has a rare combination of speed and strength and he will be one of the best IDP keepers to target this season.

Brown will be a great LB2 to find on the waiver wire right now, so don’t hesitate to make a move for him, because he likely won’t be there next week.
