Week 16 Fantasy Football IDP Sleepers: Defensive Backs

Josh D. Weiss-USA TODAY Sports

Each week of the fantasy football season, there are plenty of sleeper articles out there for offensive players. However, there are never enough IDP sleepers. So to help set your final lineup in IDP leagues, here are some fantasy IDP sleepers in the secondary for Week 16.

DB Antrel Rolle, New York Giants – Rolle has been one of the most underrated IDP options this season. The safety has averaged 6.6 tackles over the last five games and has added thee picks. New York face off against a pass-happy Detroit Lions squad and Rolle will be all over the field again in Week 16.

DB William Moore, Atlanta Falcons – Moore has been Atlanta’s main playmaker in the secondary this year. He has racked up at least five tackles in six consecutive contests, while adding three force fumbles and a pick in the last three games. Moore is playing like a top-tier defensive back and the former second round pick will continue to be a must-start each week.

DB LaRon Landry, Indianapolis Colts – Landry has always been a star IDP option when healthy and the safety looks pretty healthy at the moment. He has posted two consecutive games with nine tackles and the veteran will be very busy against a Kansas City Chiefs offense that is clicking on all cylinders right now. Landry will be able to rack up at least eight hits in the final week of the fantasy season.
