White Sox Game Postponed, Double Header Saturday

It’s going to be a late night on Saturday in Kansas City as game 1 of the series between the White Sox and Royals was rained out. The rain continued to fall as the time ticked away until there was no choice but to call the game and reschedule it for tomorrow. It’s kind of a poor choice to schedule a doubleheader because they refuse to move the time of the first game in order to be more reasonable on the players. Game 1 starts at 6:10 CST as planned. Game 2 however, will take place 30 minutes after the end of the first game. So it’s going to be a long night of baseball for both teams and it looks as if everyone is going to be playing tomorrow, both hitters and bullpen pitchers.
