The Chicago Bulls are having, by all accounts, a successful season. Not only are the Bulls third in the increasingly difficult Eastern Conference, but they have a healthy Derrick Rose leading the charge. Still, the playoffs are going to be tough on this team considering their lack of depth at certain positions, so here are five last-minute trades the Bulls should consider before the 2015 deadline.

Although the Chicago Bulls are pretty deep at the guard position with Derrick Rose, Jimmy Butler, Kirk Hinrich and Aaron Brooks, a trade for Lance Stephenson would give them the ultimate combo guard. Stephenson can shoot, pass and rebound the ball quite well, which, outside of Butler, the Bulls just don’t have at their disposal.

4. Wilson Chandler

The Bulls are woefully thin at the small forward position with Mike Dunleavy as their current starting small forward. Trading for Wilson Chandler would give the Bulls a much more efficient forward, one who is currently averaging over 13.9 points and 6.0 rebounds a game. This is much more than the 9.4 points and 3.7 rebounds Dunleavy is currently bringing in. Chandler is also a much more aggressive wing defender, something Dunleavy is not.

3. Brook Lopez

The Bulls have been beating opponents with their size for years, and that hasn't changed this season either with the offseason edition of Pau Gasol to pair with dominant forward Joakim Noah. The Bulls currently don’t have a reliable back up center option behind Gasol, so why not trade for center Brook Lopez, who is averaging 15.3 points and 6.2 rebounds in just 27 minutes a game? He would instantly make their front court one of the best in NBA.

2. Arron Afflalo

Arron Afflalo has been on the rumor mill for quite some time, and although Bulls backup point guard Aaron Brooks has played admirably, he hasn't quite held up his end of the bargain for the second unit, averaging just 10.9 points and 2.7 assists a game. Afflalo is much more consistent guard who could play extremely well off the bench for the Bulls. Afflalo is a pure scorer, and that's exactly what the Bulls need from their second unit.

1. Roy Hibbert

Roy Hibbert is another player who could be a serious impact player off the bench for the Chicago Bulls, and might even find his averages increasing with such a role. With Pau Gasol and Joakim Noah so injury-prone, having an insurance policy like Hibbert wouldn't be such a bad idea heading into the playoffs.
