The Memphis Grizzlies are at a tremendous crossroads. Franchise cornerstone Mike Conley is one of the summer’s prized free agents, and the franchise that has made the playoffs for five straight seasons — going on six — will have to make serious changes in regards to its future. The NBA game is changing, and the Grizzlies need to change with it.
5. Zach Randolph

Zach Randolph, 34, is towards the end of an impressive career, and with just one year remaining on his contract, Memphis should attempt to move him for assets to help rebuild. Randolph is in the middle of another exceptional season and with a reasonable salary it shouldn't be difficult to find suits for him.
4. Mike Conley

Mike Conley is on the record as saying that everything is on the table when his free agency comes, and no one would blame him if he left a franchise that needed an overhaul. The point guard's shooting numbers are down from his career averages (42.2 FG%, 36.3 3P%) but he'll still command a max contract wherever he goes.
3. Matt Barnes

The Grizzlies picked up Matt Barnes from the Charlotte Hornets via trade for Luke Ridnour — infamously traded four times in six days — getting a steal with one of the league's most underrated defensive players. Barnes, 35, is a free agent at the end of this season and Memphis should let him go in favor of a shooter on the wing.
2. Chris Andersen

Birdman was a throw-in during the underrated Mario Chalmers trade, and although he has actually played during his time in Memphis it's more likely he'll be someplace else next season.

Lance Stephenson has upped his game during his short stint in Memphis, but the Grizzlies certainly won't pick up the $9.4 million option he has on his contract for next season.
