I do not know or care to know what exactly a horned frog is. But you can say what you want about the TCU Horned Frogs nickname, last night they pulled what some are calling “The Upset of the Century“, as they toppled the Kansas Jayhawks. All kidding aside, according to RPI numbers going back 20 years, this is the biggest upset in those past 20 numerically.

So while everyone will be breaking down how Kansas is now all of a sudden a horrible team, which they aren’t, I’d like to let you in on a little secret. Connell Crossland is flat-out nasty in all the good ways. The senior only averages a whopping five points per game but in one swift moment last night, he will now find himself in TCU basketball lore forever.

Watch as Crossland goes all Vince Carter circa 2000, as he slams home an amazing put-back dunk and helps TCU pull an upset that nobody saw coming.

Did you gasp? Are you in awe? Did it not load properly and are you screaming at your computer? Those are some of the questions I want answered now. Other things worth pondering are for the folks who, up until last night, considered Kansas and the Florida Gators as better teams than the Michigan Wolverines. I wonder, while pondering, where are those folks right now?
