Although the Mountaineers lost a home game against TCU, they would have come away with a win if it weren't for a last-second field goal by the Horned Frogs. West Virginia doesn't deserve to be completely dropped from our rankings.

Although a win over Rutgers isn't all that impressive as it is the third straight for the Scarlet Knights, but the Badgers shut them out 37-0 on the road.

23. Duke Blue Devils (7-1)
