You think you have your class all locked up and you’re feeling good, and then a last-second change of heart by one of your top prospects changes the outlook of the entire class. 5. Tyrie Cleveland Ends Up With Florida
TwitterCleveland was one of the top receivers left on the board heading into National Signing Day, as it wasn't a secret that his commitment to Houston wasn't set in stone. Some experts thought he would pick TCU, but he ended up with the Gators as Jim McElwain plucked the four-star out of Texas.
4. Jamel Cook Spurns Seminoles
TwitterFlorida State had the best class in the country outside of Tuscaloosa. A fair share of their final signees announced their decisions to play for the Seminoles on National Signing Day, but Cook wasn't one of them. He was committed to Florida State entering the day, but flipped to USC at the last minute.

2. Derrick Brown, E.J. Price Leave Georgia Hanging

TwitterOle Miss was ready to put the cherry on top of one of their best classes in recent memory with the expected announcement that defensive end Jeffrey Simmons would sign with the Rebels. Shockingly, not only did Simmons not sign with Ole Miss, but he flipped to the Bulldogs. That rivalry just got a bit nastier.
