Did Bengals WR Chad Ochocinco escape a fine for Tweeting during a preseason game?

Last season, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell established a rule that prevented players using social networking sites during games. A player must stop using sites such as Twitter and Facebook 90 minutes prior to the start of the game and can’t resume using them again until post-game interviews are wrapped up. With this in mind, one can’t help but wonder how Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco escaped a fine from this past weekend’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles. During halftime, Ocho tweeted his frustration just minutes after taking a nasty hit by the Eagles’ defenders that caused him to walk off the field.
