Injury list growing for the Saints

If the Saints thought their injury problems were bad earlier, they couldn’t have imagined how their injury report would look today. After losing several players to injury in their 16-14 win over the Carolina Panthers, Jeff Duncan of the New Orleans Times Picayune reported today via Twitter that the Saints would have 19 players that would make an appearance on this week’s injury list. While players like Pierre Thomas, Reggie Bush, and Roman Harper have missed games due to injury, more and more players keep going down for the Bayou Boys. Safety Chris Reis is out for the season after an injury he suffered on Sunday, and defensive end Will Smith missed practice on Wednesday due to a groin injury.
