The Redskins somehow find themselves a game and a half back of first place even though their point differential for points is -50. The Minnesota Vikings are for all accounts done for this season. They are going with Christian Ponder again and they have not won a game that is on this side of the Atlantic Ocean. The Skins will take the win on Thursday night. Washington 31 Minnesota 21
Will Jay Cutler play or won't he? That will have a lot to do with how this game will go. The Lions have been all over the place this season, but this game they will put it all together. The Lions want to be respected like all the other top teams in the NFL, and this game will put them in that top tier. Detroit 38 Chicago 24
I cannot bet against the Jacksonville Jaguars enough. I missed them last week. Jacksonville 16 Tennessee 34
The St Louis Rams were really bad when they had Sam Bradford at quarterback. They look even worse with Kellen Clemens at the helm. Zac Stacy is emerging as a legitimate running back threat, but when behind you have to have a legit passing threat. The Indianapolis Colts have just that in Andrew Luck. Give them the points and bet on your Luck. St. Louis 17 Indianapolis 34
This is a clear overreaction game. The Raiders lost one game big and now the oddsmakers are giving the lowly New York Giants more than a touchdown against them. This game will be closer than the Raiders are given credit for. Oakland 21 New York 20
The Steelers are coming off two of the worst losses in their franchise history. This season has been awful for this team from game one. The Buffalo Bills are looking to play off the return of EJ Manuel to take out the Steelers in Pittsburgh. They will come short, but the spread will not be broken. Buffalo 24 Pittsburgh 27
The No. 4 ranked offense is taking on the awful Philadelphia Eagles defense. How will that team react without their general Rodgers under center? The Eagles are 4-1 on the road this season with their only loss coming to the Broncos. The Eagles will take advantage of Seneca Wallace early and often. Philadelphia 27 Green Bay 13
What is this Seahawks team? It is hard to know for sure, but one thing everyone knows is that the Falcons are not good. Russell Wilson and company should have the ability to beat this team by a lot, but they have had severe trouble on the road. They will pull out the win, but it will be very low scoring. Seattle 16 Atlanta 10
The Baltimore Ravens and the Bengals both had disappointing weeks last week. This week they both have a shot at redemption. The Bengals have more of a shot at actually being a good team, but it is hard to know for sure. If nobody pays attention the Cleveland Browns could steal this division. Cincinnati 24 Baltimore 10
The Carolina Panthers have been great this season. They have shown serious signs of improvement. Unfortunately, that will not be enough to beat the 49ers. They are coming off a bye week and have had two weeks of preparation. This is still one of the best teams in the league and could go all the way to the Super Bowl. They will remind the football world of that this weekend. Carolina 17 San Francisco 28
Case Keenum could be the future in Houston after the awful year Matt Schaub has had. The Arizona Cardinals are playing their own version of Jekyll and Hyde this season with a 4-4 record. Keenum will get his first professional win this Sunday. Houston 23 Arizona 17
The Dallas Cowboys have shown that they can score with the best of them. They have also shown that they can have as bad of days as any team in the league. The Saints were upset by the Jets last week in their worst game of the season. Dallas will keep this close and lose it in the end. Dallas 44 New Orleans 48
The unfortunate part of this game is all anyone will talk about is Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin. When it comes to the actual game, look for an upset in this game. With so much bad press and Mike Glennon gaining confidence, the Buccaneers will pull the upset and get their first win of the year. Miami 17 Tampa Bay 28
