New York Jets Bench Geno Smith, Call To Pen For Michael Vick

A lot of New York Jets fans have been wondering when. When will Geno Smith get benched in favor of Michael Vick? The answer is half time of Week 5.

After getting beat down over the first two quarters of their game against the San Diego Chargers (21-0), Rex Ryan had apparently seen enough and called to the pen for the veteran lefty.

It might be too late this week for the Jets, but moving forward, it could be Vick time the rest of the way. Remember, the AFC East is still pretty much wide open.
