The rumors surrounding San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh have got to the point of overwhelming. With that said, it is certainly a hot topic in the NFL right now, rightfully so. Harbaugh has led the 49ers to great success over the past few seasons, including a Super Bowl berth. However, a power struggle within the organization could be the ultimate reason he’s traded after the 2014 season. Check out five teams that should acquire him.

First-year head coach Mike Pettine has done a decent job with the Cleveland Browns this season. Despite the team showing a ridiculous amount of inconsistency through four games, they are still 2-2 and within striking distance of first place in the AFC North. However, Harbaugh was nearly traded to the Browns this past summer, which means it certainly could happen again if Pettine doesn’t do a better job than his predecessors.

It never seems to matter who is at the helm for the Jacksonville Jaguars because that person is always on the hot seat. Even though Gus Bradley is only in his second season as the head coach of the Jaguars, it doesn’t make him any less expendable. In fact, a 0-5 record to start the season is exactly the reason why Jacksonville may have no choice but to trade for Harbaugh. Of course, Harbaugh would probably block the trade from happening.

Rex Ryan’s name has been repeatedly mentioned as the next guy to follow in the footsteps of Oakland Raiders head coach Dennis Allen, who was fired last Monday. A 1-4 start to the season and an embarrassing loss to the San Diego Chargers in Week 5 has nearly guaranteed Ryan will be let go soon. At this point, it will take consecutive wins to avoid any such fate. Mediocrity over the past few years means the Jets need a big name to step in.

Despite what happens with the Miami Dolphins in 2014, it appears the clashing between team executive Dawn Aponte and Joe Philbin will be the reason the head coach loses his job at the end of the season. The Dolphins have floated around several names to be the next man in charge, with Harbaugh being the one at the top of the list. Don’t be surprised if he’s coaching in sunny Florida next season.

Of course, the biggest rumor of them all has Harbaugh being the next head coach of the Raiders. Even though former coaches Jon Gruden and Mike Holmgren have been linked to Oakland, the more realistic approach is for the Raiders to acquire Harbaugh in a trade. The 49ers appear eager to get rid of him, and the Raiders desperately need a man of action to lead them going forward.
