The Arizona Cardinals and the Seattle Seahawks will go to battle this week in what will be a huge game for both teams. The Cardinals currently have the best record in the league, but against a tough divisional opponent, it remains to be seen whether or not Drew Stanton can lead the Cardinals to a win. For the Seahawks, this is a game that could put them right back in contention. Here are five players to keep an eye on in this matchup.

Although he has largely been a disappointment this season, Michael Floyd caught two touchdowns last season as Stanton replaced Carson Palmer yet again this season. Those were the only two receptions Floyd was able to come away with last week, but it’s clear that Stanton trusts Floyd in the end zone.

Lynch has been on a tear in recent weeks, putting up 331 yards and six touchdowns over the last three weeks. For as good as Lynch has been, however, Arizona’s defense has been a suffocating unit all season long. If Lynch can continue his dominance, it will change the game for Seattle.

3. Alex Okafor

One of the main reasons Arizona’s defense has been so good the past few weeks is the emergence of Alex Okafor. The second-year linebacker has three sacks in the past two weeks, and he appears to be on the brink of stardom. With Russell Wilson in a bit of a rough stretch, Okafor should have another productive week.

2. Paul Richardson

Expected to immediately be the player Percy Harvin was supposed to be, Paul Richardson hasn’t met expectations so far, but that doesn’t mean the rookie receiver isn’t a huge breakout candidate. Richardson has outstanding speed, and if the Seahawks can get their vertical passing attack going, Richardson will benefit greatly.

To put it simply, Andre Ellington has been one of the bigger disappointments of the 2014 season. A popular breakout candidate coming into the season, Ellington has underwhelmed, averaging only 3.4 yards per carry. That said, he is still supremely talented, and against a Seattle defense that is missing Brandon Mebane, Ellington is worth keeping an eye on.
