The upcoming NFL offseason is going to be very busy for teams like the Oakland Raiders, who will once again look to turn things around next season. Every move they decide to make will have a big impact on the 2015 season. Here are 10 offseason moves the Raiders should make.

10. Improve their Pass Rush

Justin Tuck isn't going to cut it for the Raiders when you look at their long-term needs. They need to add some youth to their defensive line via the draft and free agency.

9. Improve their Secondary

Second-year cornerback D.J. Hayden is unreliable since he can't stay healthy. Oakland needs to add another corner or two through the draft and free agency that they can build around.

8. Let Denarius Moore Walk in Free Agency

The Raiders have been waiting for wide receiver Denarius Moore to break out for the past few years. I think it's safe to say it's not going to happen. They shouldn't bother re-signing him and should instead let him walk in free agency.

7. Release Matt Schaub

Talk about a waste of a signing. The Raiders need to cut quarterback Matt Schaub after this season. His contract isn’t scheduled to run out until 2016, but they can easily get out of it this offseason since it's essentially a year-to-year deal with the way it's structured.

6. Cut Maurice Jones-Drew

The Raiders signed Maurice Jones-Drew this past offseason, and it’s obvious he’s washed up. They should release him after this season. MJD's contract isn’t up until 2017, but they don't owe him any guaranteed money going forward.

5. Don't Bother Re-signing Darren McFadden

Darren McFadden didn’t help the Raiders’ running game at all this season. It's very clear that it's time to let him move on and not re-sign him this offseason.

4. Keep Reggie McKenzie

Reggie McKenzie has made some bad decisions, but what NFL general manager hasn't? I think he should get at least one more year. He did make some good moves by drafting Derek Carr and Khalil Mack this past May.

3. Acquire Jim Harbaugh

With the 49ers ready to move on from head coach Jim Harbaugh and his wife wanting to stay in the Bay Area, it’s a no-brainer. Do whatever it takes to make Harbaugh the next head coach of the Raiders.

2. Trade for Adrian Peterson

I know Latavius Murray is a good-looking young running back, but trading for Vikings running back Adrian Peterson would really help out quarterback Derek Carr and the Raiders' passing offense.

1. Draft Amari Cooper

The Raiders need a No. 1 receiver and Alabama star Amari Cooper should be available for them in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft.
