The NFL combine has passed, which means teams are one step closer to finalizing their draft boards. A lot can still happen between now and the end of April, but things are starting to fall into place. The Carolina Panthers have plenty of work to do this offseason if they want to make it three straight division titles. Here is their seven-round mock draft following the combine.

Round 1: Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Oklahoma

Dorial Green-Beckham is one of the hardest prospects to grade in the draft considering he didn't play a snap of football last season. His physical abilities speak for themselves, but the issues he had off the field may scare some teams. The Panthers are desperate for help at the wide receiver position, and Cam Newton needs big targets to throw to.

Round 2: Jay Ajayi, RB, Boise State

It felt like the Panthers were picking up running backs off the waiver wire every week last season. They just released DeAngelo Williams, and Jonathan Stewart can't last a full season. Jay Ajayi is a complete running back who can step in from Day 1 and take on the starting role. He ran for more than 1,800 yards and scored 28 touchdowns in his final season at Boise State.

Round 3: Jake Fisher, OT, Oregon

After getting weapons to help Cam Newton in the first two rounds, the Panthers need to focus on keeping him upright. Carolina can't go into next season with the same set of tackles. Jake Fisher proved to be a valuable member of the Oregon Ducks' offense this year as they struggled in the middle of the season while he was hurt. He would have a good chance to win the starting gig at right tackle in year one.

Round 4: Ladarius Gunter, CB, Miami

Carolina can go into next season and be a solid defense just based on their front seven, but they need to improve their secondary if they want to be a great defense. Ladarius Gunter in the fourth round would help them do that. He is a big cornerback with strong hands. He has the physical abilities to match up with outside receivers, which is something the Panthers were lacking last season.

Round 5: Ray Drew, DE, Georgia

The Panthers should look to add a defensive end in the later round of the draft. Greg Hardy isn't coming back and their pass rush was lacking at times this past season. Ray Drew is a good pick here because of his potential, and Carolina doesn't have to force him into action from Day 1. He had his struggles living up to his hype coming out of high school, but the talent is still there for Drew to be a good player.

Round 6: Kenny Bell, WR, Nebraska

Carolina needs all of the wide receivers they can get. Kenny Bell would be a solid choice in the sixth round. He doesn't do any one thing great, but he isn't going to make many mistakes. Bell would be well worth the pick considering how their current wide receiver depth chart looks.

Round 7: Kyshoen Jarrett, SS, Virginia Tech

Carolina had a lot of issues at their safety positions last season. Kyshoen Jarrett is far from a guarantee to fix it, but there is no doubting his physicality. He would have a chance to contribute on special teams with his tackling skills. He has his issues in coverage, but with the right coaching, he could become a useful member for their defense.
