The Anaheim Ducks finally strung together a few playoff wins after a few years of disappointment. They still have some questions around their roster, but their top-tier talent seems to be exactly where it needs to be. They need to make small changes this offseason. These five players will help the Ducks get to the next level.

Mark Letestu would be a great player to stick on the bottom six. He is coming off a season in which he didn't live up to expectations. He was dealing with a groin injury that needed surgery midseason. His points dropped from 34 to 13 last season. He can come cheap and give much more than expected.

Barret Jackman was told by the St. Louis Blues that they were moving on from him. He has been with the team since being drafted back in 1999. He brings a certain amount of grit and experience that will be perfect for this young group of Ducks defensemen.

At the trade deadline, Curtis Glencross looked like he was ready to cash in at the end of this season. His trade to the Washington Capitals ended up hurting his value immensely. He still has a ton of value in this league, but teams will not have to pay what they thought they would when he was a member of the Flames. The Ducks could really use a left winger, and Glencross could fit their needs perfectly.

Dan Carcillo is the kind of player who can be a healthy scratch for 10 straight games, give an amazing performance in his first game in two weeks, and have no problem going back to the owner's suite. Obviously, he wants to play, but having a player on your team, practicing everyday, who can be plugged in at any time, is beyond valuable. The Ducks would love to have the 30-year-old in their locker room next season.

The Ducks need to re-sign Jakob Silfverberg long-term. He is the main piece they got in return for Bobby Ryan. He has shown glimpses of superstardom. With some years of conditioning, he could take over as the main scoring option once Ryan Getzlaf and Corey Perry get older.
