Aaron Rodgers is the best ever

Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Roders had the unenviable job of replacing legendary quarterback Brett Favre, and he’s responded with the best start of any quarterback in his first 32 games in the league. Outlined in an article appearing in the Wall Street Journal, Rodgers has the best ever touchdown to interception ratio after 32 games of any previous quarterback in NFL history.
Roders has a touchdown to interception ratio of 2.9, simply put he throws nearly 3 touchdowns for every interception. Second on the list is Dan Marino at 2.53, and a surprise that Jeff Garcia is third on the list at 2.26.
Rodgers had another stellar year last season, passing for 4434 yards, 30 touchdowns and 7 interceptions despite a terrible offensive line at the start of the season which yielded 50 sacks. For the second straight year, he threw for over 4000 yards and managed to cut his interceptions in half down from 13 in 2008 to 7 in 2009.
So all in all, Rodgers is doing his best to help Packers fans forget about a certain other quarterback who used to play for the Packers, and he should have Green Bay poised to make a run at the Super Bowl in 2010.
