Juventus will be hosting Galatasaray this upcoming Wednesday in either side’s second UCL Group Stage fixture. The teams will both be looking for their first three points, as Juve shared the spoils at Copenhagen in a 1-1 draw while Gala was mauled 6-1 on home ground by Real Madrid.

The home side is favored to win this, not just because of their squad and home field advantage, but due to the fact that Gala will be without a head coach, since Fatih Terim was fired earlier in the week.

Gala is already lost against big squads when it comes to Europe, but lucky for them, this will be their second big match in a row before they have a home-and-home against the Danish side (Copenhagen). Without a head coach, they will not have the guidance that they truly need to at least earn a point away to a very tough Italian side in Turin.

What makes this game so special is that it will be the first meeting between the two sides in 10 years, as the last time they faced off was way back in the 2003-04 UCL Group Stage. Since it is being played in Italy, the game will be a bit easier for the hosts. However, since their visitors were crushed at home, they know that they have to play at the very top of their game.

Burak Yilmaz and Didier Drogba will have to be at their very best against the likes of Carlos Tevez and company in Italy in order to stand a chance against the reigning Serie A champions.

Prediction: Juventus 3, Galatasaray 1 — The home side will outplay the Turks, who will miss their chances but will manage to find the back of the net at least once.
