It wasn’t a good NFL by any stretch of the imagination, but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers pulled out their first victory of the season despite blowing a 15-0 first-half lead. Tampa Bay fans have endured a lot this year as Greg Schiano has tried his best to run the Bucs straight into the ground, so this win had to be somewhat rewarding for anyone still rooting hard for the lousy Buccaneers. On the other side of the coin, the Miami Dolphins showed once again why they are a joke of a franchise — this time it had nothing to do with bullying.
After a week full of Jonathan Martin and Richie Incognito drama, you’d think the Dolphins would put all of that talk behind them and play good football. However, that was hardly the case as the overrated Dolphins’ defense was carved up by first-year quarterback Mike Glennon. On top of that, a Miami offensive line without two of its starters looked totally over-matched as the night wore on.
To be honest; how head coach Joe Philbin still has a job is beyond me. Long story short; if I was a sports fan in Miami right now, then I’d be paying very close attention to LeBron James and the Miami Heat, because the ‘Phins are nothing but a joke.
