You might never see another 3-6-2 triple play in your lifetime.
The Seattle Mariners did something that hadn’t been done since 1955 on Sunday afternoon against the Toronto Blue Jays. Lloyd McClendon’s team somehow managed to turn a 3-6-2 (first base to shortstop to catcher) triple play and it was just as weird as it sounds. It was mostly thanks to some truly horrendous base running by the Blue Jays, but make sure to check out exactly how it happened in the video above.
