Well, we got everything we could ever want from week 10′s game of the century in LSU-Alabama (more on that here). We also found out, hands down, who the worst team in the SEC is. And Arkansas put themselves in a position to be back in a BCS game. There were a lot of nonconference, [...]

Finally! A win! Florida’s four game losing streak is over and the sky might not still be falling in Gainesville. Had they lost to Vanderbilt, looting and pillaging would abound through the streets in Gainesville. Instead, the Gators won for the 21st time and firewillmuschamp.com is getting some rest this week. Offense: B+ Quarterback John [...]

Grading the Gators: Florida vs. Auburn Tigers

John Reed-US PRESSWIRE

This was one of the ugliest games I’ve seen, not because it was a blowout, but because both offenses just struggled so mightily. And the team that made the most mistakes lost. Florida was on the losing end for the third straight game, 17-6. The Gators are now 0-for-the-SEC-West this season and have lost the [...]

The October gauntlet continues for the Gators. After a better than the stats show start from QB Jacoby Brissett, he’ll get the call at Jordan-Hare Stadium Saturday night. Good news is he’s not facing LSU, one of the toughest secondaries and overall defenses in the country again. Once again, there are plenty of storylines to [...]
