10: Carlos Beltran

As the market for Carlos Beltran falls, the switch hitter becomes more and more of an option for Red Sox. Boston has two valid options for the right field position in Ryan Kalish and last year's starter Josh Reddick, but both are inexperienced and both hit left handed. Adding Beltran would give the Red Sox a fantastic hitter who can get on base and hit for power while allowing Reddick and Kalish more time to develop. The former Met and Giant is seeking a multi-year deal, but if Boston can add him for just one or two seasons, they would seriously up their offense against left-handers and be well protected against injuries in the outfield. The Red Sox are clearly sitting back to see if his price drops low enough. If it does, Beltran would be look pretty great in the outfield at Fenway.
