The Tampa Bay Rays are not short on minor league talent, and haven't been for quite some time. They've seen guys like Carl Crawford, Desmond Jennings, David Price, and BJ Upton come up to the big leagues and make immediate impacts at the big league level.
I expect that pattern to continue for the cash strapped Rays. They have some outstanding talent that I believe we'll see at the big league level to begin 2012, the question is who?
If the Tampa Bay Rays continue to churn out prospects at this high rate, they're going to get the World Series they seek. It isn't easy competing in a division like the AL East, but the Rays have really stuck it to the Boston Red Sox, and New York Yankees and I really don't think they're going to go away soon.
Personally- I think they're going to go on a dynasty run if they can get some fans to show up to the ball park. If they can resign some of their main talent- it'll happen. We'll see but I'm excited about this list.
