Theo Epstein came to Chicago knowing he would have his hands full. He brought in Jed Hoyer who believes in the new "Cubs Way" to be the GM, and Hoyer also knows he has his hands full.

There are 5 simple things I believe Theo Epstein can do to make the Chicago Cubs as successful as he was for the Boston Red Sox.

Every Red Sox fan I've talked too calls Theo Epstein over rated because of a few moves, and completely forgot how Theo Epstein was the mad man behind the success of two world titles and a series of play off runs. If Theo goes back to his roots of what made him so successful- the Cubs are going to be in good shape.
