WWE wrestler CM Punk is from Chicago, so of course he’s a huge Chicago sports fan. Punk often attends Cubs and Blackhawks games, while voicing his opinions on Twitter. He even reportedly caught flack from WWE officials a couple months back while on vacation, when he tweeted from an NHL playoff game he was attending, a game that happened to be going up against Monday Night Raw in the ratings.

But this time of year his focus shifts back to the Cubs. Punk has thrown out the first pitch at Wrigley Field before, and now he’s back signing merchandise for fans to win. He’s done this a couple nights in a row, with fans taking home signed lucha libra masks among other Cubs and WWE merchandise.

While Punk sat near home plate during Thursday night’s game, he got on Twitter to have a little fun at the expense of Ryan Braun:

The shot at Braun is classic Punk, as he’s known as a guy who pushes the envelope, even in the world of fake wrestling.

Punk is currently set to take on Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam in three weeks from the Staples Center in Los Angeles. While some are questioning how two performers with such a size difference can sell the match, Punk should have no problem. He can work with anybody and make it look good, so fans should expect another solid performance with Lesnar.
