It’s been a busy offseason for LeBron James as the future Hall of Famer is coming off his second-straight NBA Finals win after the Miami Heat took the San Antonio Spurs to Game 7 in what turned out to be arguably one of the greatest series of all times. While there’s plenty of things to take away from James’ offseason, there’s one thing in general fans should take away–which is LeBron can get called for jury duty just like the rest of us.
James thought it would be funny to show off his attire on Thursday before heading to court for jury duty as he uploaded a photo of himself to Instagram–rocking the Cleveland Indians hat and everything. Some people in this country tend to complain about how celebrities receive special treatment for certain things in life, but as James displayed on Instagram, he has to take part in these types of things just like everyone else.

One can only imagine what it would be like to be called in for jury duty–only to see James show up in the same room as you. As mentioned before, it’s been quite the offseason for James so far as he’s kept himself quite busy since winning his second-straight NBA Finals, but it’s safe to say this story was one of the more entertaining ones.
On a positive note, at least the superstar didn’t get called in during the middle of the regular season for the Heat–because we all know James doesn’t have time for that.
