Brook Lopez Returning To Nets’ Lineup Sunday

The New Jersey Nets received good news Saturday before their game against Chicago. Head coach Avery Johnson announced that Lopez will be returning from his foot injury Sunday to play against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Lopez has been out since December when he injured his right foot in a preseason game. Lopez is a primary part of the Nets’ inside game and with Kris Humphries staying consistent, Lopez could be a huge part of a late Nets’ playoff run.
But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. The Nets defeated Chicago Saturday night and have improved to 9-23 on the season.
