2014 HR Total: 19
Longest HR: 399 feet

Frazier has 18 homers on the year and has been absolutely punishing the ball. Unfortunately, Frazier will likely get lost among all the other power hitters in Minnesota.

9. 1B Justin Morneau, Colorado Rockies

2014 HR Total: 13
Longest HR: 402 feet

Morneau won the HR Derby back in 2008 and this will be his third time in the event. However, the 33-year-old won’t be able to hold up throughout he entire competition.

8. 2B Brian Dozier, Minnesota Twins

2014 HR Total: 18
Longest HR: 379 feet

Dozier is leading all second basemen with 18 home runs, including two dingers in the final game before the turn. Dozier will move past the first round, but he will be a risky pick beyond that.

7. OF Adam Jones, Baltimore Orioles

2014 HR Total: 16
Longest HR: 399 feet

Jones slugged 30-plus homers in back-to-back seasons and the outfielder is on pace to do it again in 2014. AJ may be more of a line drive home run hitter, but he certainly has enough power to reach the second round.

6. 3B Josh Donaldson, Oakland Athletics

2014 HR Total: 20
Longest HR: 396 feet

Donaldson has slugged 20 homers already this season and the third baseman is shockingly just one behind NL leader Giancarlo Stanton. JD has some serious power and will be a sleeper to win it all this year.

5. OF Jose Bautista, Toronto Blue jays

2014 HR Total: 17
Longest HR: 405 feet

Bautista is the AL captain this year. The veteran continues to hit for power year after year and Joey Batts will put plenty of balls into the stands this Monday night.

4. SS Troy Tulowitzki, Colorado Rockies

2014 HR Total: 21
Longest HR: 398 feet

Tulowitzki will be the captain of the NL team and the veteran doesn’t take any responsibility lightly. Tulo will reach the third round if by sheer determination alone.

3. OF Yoenis Cespedes, Oakland Athletics

2014 HR Total: 14
Longest HR: 384 feet

Cespedes won it all last year and the Cuban Crushed has continued to smash the ball this year. He will be a shoe-on to make it into the final four.

2. OF Yasiel Puig, Los Angeles Dodgers

2014 HR Total: 12
Longest HR: 417 feet

Puig has amazing bat speed and the Cuban makes hitting long balls look easy. He will be jumping all over those early fastballs and will be one of the top sluggers to win it all.

1. OF Giancarlo Stanton, Miami Marlins

2014 HR Total: 21
Longest HR: 424 feet

Stanton has five of the longest 26 home runs this season, including the second farthest at a whopping 484 feet. He will put on a show in Minnesota and the Miami Monster is my pick to win it all.
