I know it’s insanely early in the Cubs off season, but I don’t think it’s ever to early to start talking about the future when it comes to the Chicago Cubs farm system. The Cubs have built up the system to one of the best in baseball especially in pitching. A few years ago, the Cubs did have one of the thinner systems in baseball, but 3-4 drafts, trades, and signings later- rest assured that this system is going to produce some good talent either by development, or on the trade front. Let’s take a look at who I rank as the Cubs best prospects heading into 2011.
